Following a nine-year career in Human Resources across the engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors, Stride HR was founded in 2025 by Director, Lucy. The business was created to support SMEs in growing and succeeding by making the most of their greatest asset - their people.
At Stride HR, we believe that people are the driving force behind every successful business. Our approach is rooted in partnership, practicality, and purpose - working alongside SMEs to build confident leaders, engaged teams, and resilient organisations.
